Crypto deposits and withdrawals at Platiin
Paying with cryptocurrency removes the bank from the transaction and replaces it with a wallet you control. That brings speed and privacy for some players, and two new kinds of risk for everyone: sending coins on the wrong network, and watching the value move between the moment you send and the moment you play. Coins you may see in a cashier

The network matters as much as the coin
Many coins, USDT above all, exist on more than one blockchain. The deposit address in the cashier belongs to one specific network. If your wallet sends on a different one, the transfer may never arrive, and recovering it is slow at best. Before every crypto deposit: copy the address with the copy button, check the first and last characters, select the same network in your wallet, and for the first transfer send a small test amount.
Volatility between sending and playing
If the casino converts your crypto into the account currency, the rate at the moment of crediting decides your balance. A worked example (example in euros; the maths is the same in any currency): you send coins worth €200 when you press send; the network takes a while and the price drops 3% before confirmation. You are credited €194. On the way out it works the same way in reverse. Stablecoins reduce this effect, other coins do not.

Crypto and bonuses
Bonus terms treat crypto in one of three ways: crypto deposits qualify like any other; crypto is on the exclusion list; or there is a separate crypto offer with its own wagering. The last case deserves particular care, because the bonus is sometimes calculated in the account currency while your deposit was in coins, and the max-bet rule applies to the converted value. If a €5 max bet is in force and your balance is shown in a coin, convert before you change the stake.

Crypto withdrawals
- Make sure verification is complete; crypto does not usually exempt you from identity checks.
- Choose the coin and network in the cashier and paste your own wallet address — never an exchange address that does not support that network.
- Check any minimum withdrawal and network fee shown in the form.
- Keep the transaction hash once the payout is sent; it lets you track it on the blockchain.
Remember that once a crypto payout is sent, it cannot be reversed. A wrong address is your loss, not the casino's.
