Affiliate disclosure
casinoplatiin.com is an independent guide to the online casino brand Platiin. We are not the operator. Running a site costs money, and we cover it through affiliate partnerships: some links on our pages are partner links, and if you open an account through one of them, the operator may pay us a commission. This page explains how that works, how you can recognise those links and what the commission does — and does not — affect.
What a partner link is
A partner link is a link to the operator that contains a tracking reference. When a visitor follows it and registers, the operator can see that the visit came from us. Depending on the agreement, a commission may be paid for a new registration, for a first deposit or as a share of revenue over time. The details of the agreement are commercial and change from time to time; the principle stays the same.
On this site, partner links are the buttons that lead to Platiin, such as Visit Platiin. In the page code, every partner link carries the rel="sponsored nofollow" attributes, which tell search engines that the link is commercial. Links between our own pages — for example from a payment guide to the page on wagering requirements — are ordinary internal links.
What it costs you
Nothing. Any commission is paid by the operator from its own margin. You do not pay a fee to us, and following a partner link does not change the price of anything. The bonus terms that apply to you are the ones the operator publishes for that offer; we have no ability to negotiate or alter them.
What the commission does not change
The site's focus is bonus terms, and that focus would be worthless if it bent to commercial interests. So we follow a few fixed rules:
- We describe wagering multipliers, game weighting, maximum stakes and deadlines as they appear in the terms, including the parts that make an offer less attractive.
- Every worked example is labelled as an example and never presented as the operator's own condition.
- We do not publish user reviews, star ratings or scores we cannot trace to a source.
- We point readers to the operator's own documents and to the regulator's register rather than asking them to trust us.
- We recommend declining a bonus where the arithmetic does not work in the reader's favour — even though a reader who declines is worth no more to us than one who accepts.
Why we disclose it on every page
A short disclosure sits in the footer of every page, and this page gives the full picture. Readers deserve to know when a recommendation has a commercial link behind it, and transparency about our funding is part of the same principle that drives our bonus coverage: the conditions should be visible before you decide, not after.
Age and responsibility
Our pages are intended for adults only. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and a bonus does not change that — it usually extends the time you spend playing. If you feel that gambling is costing you more than you intended, our responsible gambling page lists the limit tools and free, confidential help from Gambling Therapy.
Questions
If anything about our partnerships is unclear, write to info@casinoplatiin.com. More about who we are is on the about us page, and the editor responsible for the bonus coverage introduces herself on the author page. Our overall assessment is in the Platiin review.
