Platiin games: a guided tour of eight titles
This hub covers eight games you can find in the Platiin lobby, from a fruit slot set in outer space to a prize wheel and a pirate adventure. Each title has its own page that does three things: describes what the artwork actually shows, explains what the name hints at (and where that hint stops being reliable), and works through how the game would behave while a wagering requirement is running. That last part is the reason this site exists — we read bonus terms so you can decide whether a game is a sensible place to clear one.
What you will not find here are numbers we cannot back up. No RTP percentages, no maximum-win multiples, no studio names. Those live in each game's rules screen, and that screen is the only source that applies to your session.
The slots list at a glance
| Game | Theme on the tile | The one question to answer first |
|---|---|---|
| Alien Fruits 3 | Fruit meets science fiction | Which rules changed from earlier instalments? |
| Fishing Time | Prize wheel with catch tiers | Which game category do the bonus terms put it in? |
| Kicker Mania | Football and floodlights | Is a sports bonus being confused with a casino one? |
| Lucky Birds | Pixel-art bird | What is the actual bet range behind the retro look? |
| Slime Bonanza | UFO and green slime | Is any feature-buy button allowed with bonus funds? |
| St Patricks Pots Hold And Win | Leprechaun and pots of gold | How do coin values scale with the stake? |
| Sweet Samurai | Broccoli warrior with katanas | How swingy is it, judging by the paytable? |
| Yo Ho Ho 2048 | Pirate captain and gold coins | Does "2048" mean a merge mechanic, or just a name? |
Game categories: slots, live casino, table games
Almost every casino lobby splits into three families, and bonus terms usually treat each one differently.
- Slots — reels, grids or wheels driven by a random number generator. Most bonus offers are built around them. Background on paylines, ways and features: Slots.
- Live casino — roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows streamed from a studio with a real dealer. Often weighted low or excluded from wagering. See Live casino.
- Table games — the digital, camera-free versions of the same classics. Fast, often with a demo, and a frequent target of "low-risk betting" rules. See Table games.
Which of these families Platiin offers, and in what depth, is something the lobby shows better than any guide can.
Game providers, software and studios
Large software studios license the same titles to many casinos at once, so a well-known game name tells you little about a particular operator. The lobby filter shows which studios are listed at Platiin at any given moment. We deliberately do not publish a list: catalogues change, and naming a studio we have not confirmed would turn a guess into a claim.
How to read a game's info panel in two minutes
- Find the rules screen. It sits behind an "i", a question mark or a menu icon inside the game window.
- Note the RTP. Return to player is the long-run share of stakes paid back. It describes millions of rounds, not your evening. If several figures exist across versions, the one shown in your session is the one that counts.
- Look for volatility. Some games state it; others do not. The paytable helps: a huge gap between the smallest and the largest payout usually means longer dry spells.
- Check paylines or ways. Fixed lines, "ways to win", clusters and wheels all calculate wins differently.
- Read the feature trigger and the bet range. What starts the bonus round, and what is the lowest and highest stake? The highest stake matters the moment a bonus with a max-bet cap is active.
Game weighting: why one euro is not always one euro
When you play with an active bonus, a game weighting table decides how much of each stake counts towards the wagering requirement. The pattern below is common across the industry — it is not a statement about Platiin's terms.
| Game type | Typical weighting | Stakes needed to clear 800 of wagering |
|---|---|---|
| Most slots | 100% | €800 |
| Wheel or instant games | sometimes 20–50% | €1,600–€4,000 |
| Table games | often 5–10% | €8,000–€16,000 |
| Live dealer | often 0–10% | from €8,000, or no progress at all |
Worked example — not a Platiin term. Example in euros; the maths is the same in any currency. The real weightings are in the terms of each offer.
The practical consequence: picking a low-weighted game does not just slow you down, it multiplies the number of rounds on which the house edge works against your balance. The full calculation, including expected loss, is on our wagering requirements page.
Demo first, then real money
Where a demo mode exists, a few minutes with play money show you the pace of the game, how the feature looks when it lands and how quickly a balance moves. What a demo cannot show is how your real session will go — the results are random either way. Before switching to real money, set a budget and a round count, and use the account limits described on our responsible gambling page. If you plan to use free spins, check which titles the offer names; our free spins guide explains why that list matters.
